Privacy Policy

MilPath Ventures LLC dba MilPath VA Ready ("we", "us", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, where it is stored, and how it is used.

1. Data You Enter

Information you enter into the app — including disability conditions, ratings, dependents, MOS, exposures, symptom logs, claim scenarios, and uploaded evidence references — is sensitive personal data. By default, this information is stored only on your device using your browser's local storage. We do not transmit it to a server, and we cannot read it.

2. Account & Sync

The current version of the app does not require an account and does not sync your data. If a future version adds optional accounts or cloud sync, you will be asked to opt in before any data leaves your device, and this policy will be updated to describe what is sent and where it is stored.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or behavioral tracking. The published web build may use basic, anonymous server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for security and uptime, but these are not linked to your claim data.

4. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

5. Your Controls

You can clear all locally stored data at any time from Settings → "Clear Local Data", or export it as JSON or PDF. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser data also removes your information.
