By using MilPath VA Ready (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Educational Tool
The app is an educational VA disability planning and benefits estimation tool. It helps veterans organize claim information, estimate combined ratings under 38 CFR §4.25, and understand benefit programs.
2. No VA Affiliation
MilPath VA Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, any federal or state agency, or any Veterans Service Organization.
3. Not Professional Advice
The app does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or accredited claims representation. Always consult a VA-accredited representative, attorney, VSO, or licensed medical or financial professional before filing or making decisions.
4. Estimates Are Not Guarantees
All ratings, monthly compensation amounts, SMC tiers, P&T indicators, TDIU eligibility flags, and benefit values shown are estimates. The VA's actual decisions, ratings, and payments may differ. We make no warranty as to accuracy or outcome.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, submit fraudulent information to the VA based on its outputs, or rely on it as a substitute for professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilPath Ventures LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including denied claims, missed deadlines, or financial loss.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
